In the UK, we created a company that, its strategic goal, sets assistance to Ukraine in the transfer of the country’s thermal power engineering capacity to alternative types of fuel and the preparation of the financial base for the post-war restoration of the thermal power engineering capacity sector.
Our efforts in the coming period of time will be aimed at finding investors and donors in this sector of the Ukrainian economy.

Our proposal to potential investors and donors from among the Western energy companies is aimed at creating the most favorable conditions for the speedy practical implementation of projects in the field of gas substitution of Ukrainian thermal power engineering capacity.
The outline we propose is summarized as follows:
A fund is established on the basis of attracting financial or other resources of Western companies.
The main investors or donors at their discretion appoint an observation council from persons, in relation to whom they have absolute trust. This fund carries out its full control of investment in the sphere of gas substitution of Ukrainian thermal power engineering capacity.
One of the options may be to attract by this fund such a Western energy company with an impeccable reputation as a general contractor in such projects in Ukraine.
